Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Sales Coordinator job in Malad West. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, gender will be Any & age not more than 45 years, and have Qualification Graduation or Masters. This vacancy is for the Motor Stampings & Laminations industry.

Job Responsibility:
1) Assisting sales teams and ensuring smooth sales procedures
2) Creating Sales Order, Work Orders, quotations etc..
3) Manage sales orders from receipt to execution, ensuring timely processing and coordination with vendors.
4) Coordinate dispatch planning, scheduling, and logistics to meet customer delivery requirements.
5) Updating and tracking sales orders, managing inventory levels, and analyzing performance metrics.
6) Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve queries and concerns.
7) Ensure accurate payment follow-ups and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers.
8) Generate Potential Customer Leads for Marketing and Sales Representatives
